Privacy Policy
This site is operated by FVR—DRM ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we collect when you visit fvrdrm.com, why we collect it, and what happens to it.
TLDR; we use cookieless analytics, we don't track you across the web, we definitely don't sell your data, we hate that.

Cookies
We don't use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. There is no cookie consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to. Your browser may store cookies set by our hosting provider for security and basic site functionality only.
Analytics
We use Humblytics to understand how the site is performing. Humblytics is a privacy-first, cookieless analytics platform. It does not set cookies, does not build a persistent profile of you, and does not follow you to other websites.
What Humblytics collects
Pages viewed and time spent on them
Referring source (the site or link that sent you here) and UTM campaign parameters, if present
Device type, browser, operating system, and screen size
Approximate location at country and region level, derived from your IP address
Interaction events such as button clicks, link clicks, scroll depth, and form submissions
Aggregate behavioural data used to generate heatmaps
Which variant you were shown if an A/B test is running on a page
How your identity is protected
Humblytics does not store your IP address. Your IP address and device characteristics are hashed to create a temporary, anonymous identifier, and the original values are permanently discarded. That identifier rotates regularly, so repeat visits over time cannot be linked back to you. The result is aggregate statistics, not a personal profile.
Where the data goes
Analytics data is processed and stored by Humblytics on infrastructure located in the United States. Humblytics acts as a data processor on our behalf. We do not share this data with advertising networks, data brokers, or any third party for marketing purposes.Humblytics publishes its own data policy at humblytics.com/utilities/humblytics-data-policy.
Information you give us directly
If you contact us through a form on this site, by email, or by booking a call, we collect what you choose to send: typically your name, email address, company, and whatever you write in the message.
We use that information to reply to you, to scope and discuss potential work, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list without your say-so. Form submissions are handled by our website platform and stored in our business systems. We keep enquiry records for as long as they remain commercially relevant, and delete them on request.
Third parties we rely on
Webflow & Framer — website hosting and form handling
Humblytics — analytics, as described above
Cal.app — booking calls
Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy. We only pass on what is necessary for the service to work.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. This applies to information you have given us directly. Analytics data cannot be traced back to an individual, so we are unable to retrieve or delete it on a per-person basis. To make a request, emailing info@fvrdrm.studio. We will respond within 30 days.We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Do Not Track
We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by default, in the sense that we do not perform the kind of cross-site tracking those signals are designed to stop.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted here.
